Wheel/fork issue

Hello all.

Having a bit of trouble with my wheel/fork...

Can anyone tell me what's wrong here? The wheel is on a massive slant as can be seen by the gap between the fork on the left hand-side (massive)

Is the wheel out of true? Is the fork bent? Expert advice would be great!

PS yes, I know it needs a clean...

Take the wheel out and fit it the other way round. If the gaps swap sides then the wheel needs re-dishing (the rim centralizing). If the gaps stay the same then the fork is bent. Make sure the wheel is in the drop-outs properly.
