New hub for front wheel ?

When I spin my front wheel, there appears to be a sight buckle in i.e. it does not spin in the same perfect alignment
that you would get in on a new bike.

Currently, its a Shimano C "model number here...can't remember exact one"

Do i need a front new hub?

    sounds like rim is out of true. If it's minor it's pretty easy to fix yourself.
