Need a bit of help please. Just started using golden cheetah and was wondering what the aerobic decoupling data was all about in the aerolab section. there are two lines- one elevation and one v-elevation ??
Obviously i'm presuming its to do with drag and aero efficiency but i havent got a clue whats what. Any help appreciated.

Aerobic decoupling doesn't have anything to do with Aerolab.0

Under certain conditions Aerolab can help you estimate your aerodynamic drag. There are some rough and incomplete descriptions of how to use it here: http://bugs.goldencheetah.org/projects/ ... ki/Aerolab0 -
I've never really understood what aerobic decoupling means, but figured that since I never hear anyone talking about it then it's probably not worth worrying about.More problems but still living....0

Aerobic decoupling is a term coined by Joe Friel. This article explains more.--

Straight from the horses mouth so to speak
Thanks for that, still pretty technical for me-but at least ive now got a level of understanding. Will see if repeated read throughs allows it to sink in a bit. Thanks again.Death or Glory- Just another Story0 -

You worked on the last 12 minutes of this, right? I thought it was pretty clear.
