Hi I am currently running 105 shifters i think they are 5603 shifters but i dont really know.

would they be compatible with this:

the above is 52 x 39 x 30T and i currently have 50 x 39 x 30T would the 52 instead of 50 cause any issues?

You might have to nudge the front mech up a tiny bit, but otherwise I think you'll be fine.

Chainset and shifters have no link so will be fine.

It is the front and rear mech that have a relationship with the shifters.

Rear mech simply does what the right shifters tell it so no drama there.

Some fronts are compatible with the Left shifter but some are not (to do with trimming) but even if Shimano say no they still tend to function (just not optimum).

You ought to lengthen the chain slightly, so it'll run OK on 52 front x biggest ring on the back, that big-big cross-over that you really never should use anyway, but if you did and the chain isn't long enough you'll damage the mech.

Agreed, you'll probably find you can't select the big-ring position as the mech cage will foul the (slightly bigger) big ring.
If the chainset comes with the Shimano leaflet it'll tell you how to set it up, or failing that it's on the shimano website, tech docs
