Wondered if anyone has had poor service from this place?

I ordered something on the 24th April and after 5 phone calls I still don't have it. I'm not denying the folk on the other end of the line are pleasant and seem helpful but still no further forward.

Anyone else had problems?

  • I've had great experiences with Sigma Sport. They're quite a ways from me, but I often make the trip to use them as a first point of call as they've always treated me well.
Have they offered any kind of explantion as to what's causing the delay?

i had to swap something once (ordered wrong size), it was a bit slow but maybe but otherwise all ok

    otherwise never had an issue

do they say the item is in stock? i had an order where it was in the shop but not in the warehouse, so it took extra time to get it sent from one to the other

fwiw i'd call and ask for the date they wll ship, if they can't give one tell them to cancel the order

I've used them online and in store. Always been excellent.

I'd ask what the problem is, presumably something has gone wrong either with their website showing stock when they were out or the warehouse losing your order somehow.

I sent them an email re. a buckle for bont shoes. Explained i fell off and broke the buckle and could they order a new one in. Never received a reply.
A cheap item i know and clearly they couldn't be bothered. Shame because i may shortly be in the market for more expensive items they sell.....

I had problems with a recent order also. Wouldn't use them again.

Yeah, my order isn't a big ticket item either but its not really the pointm

Just a bit peeved at the lack of customer service tbh. I will percivere with this order but I will stick with Wiggle and the likes from now on.

    Cheers for the feedback.

    Ah I see, pattern emerging.

Noted, will chalk it down to experience and avoid.

I don't buy from them online as they're not the cheapest, and I live a mile away. But their in-store service is by far the best I've had from any shop.
