Need a new set of wheels for Carrera Gryphon Disc. It's sort of unusual type, 700cc rims with disc brake. I believe 135mm hubs. So would 29" be suitable? Quick search has brought up these

I don't want to spend too much, considering the bike was only £250.

Is 700 the same as 29"? I have mudguards which are a tight fit on rear, don't want rims which are larger.

Hub is 135mm, I want rim to be 20mm, not the above 25mm :-(

spotted coptic ROADRAT disc ready 700c, ok price, seem to be compatible.
Say... That's a nice bike..

Right no replies, so looking at custom build

Shimano XT M756 front and rear hubs
What about rims? I cannot find 700cc disc rims in similar width as road bikes, they're usually much wider.

Go for normal machined 700 c rims... disc specific rims are for XC and they are heavy... there isn't much choice either.
