Ambrosio Guido vs Kinesis Racelight

I know the Kinesis is a very well rated frame, but I can get the ambrosio guido for the same price and it has carbon seat stays.
I'll mainly use it for commuting but long distance (100 mile plus) rides are common and it'll be used for touring.
Thoughts?
Also - carbon seat stays + panniers?
