Just finished cleaning my chain with a degreaser and now the chain is completely clean, do I need to lube every roller on the chain with lube or just spin the chain around and lube as it's moving?

I do each part slowly. It probably means at the end I haven't wasted any more than I need to and each part is getting lubed. I then leave it for a few mins, before gently holding a rag on the chain and spinning the pedals to remove the excess.

Get bit of clean towel/rag - maybe 6 inches square.

Fold it into a smaller rectangle - deep enough to hold the lube on top of it.

Apply lube to towel, run the chain (top and bottom, both sides) over the oil in the chain. This works best if you have the chain on the big ring and middle of the cassette.

When you rub your finger along the chain and can see a trail of lube thats enough.
