Aggressive and uncalled for pm

Apologies for posting this, but I have received an abusive pm from someone I haven't actually interacted with. Ordinarily I would laugh it off, however, from the postings I have seen from this person on the forum (which incidently I have not directly responded to) he comes across as not quite right. I attempted to pm him back in a constructive fashion to say that his pm was uncalled for and that his actions weren't very mature - however it appears that he has blocked my ability to reply. Is this normal within this forum and if it isn't - should I take some form of action or just simply laugh it off?

    If you receive a PM or see a post that does not stick to the rules, REPORT it. Do not start a new thread discussing it. Anything reported will be considered by the administrators.
