Can I just say, I watch this race from between 80 and 30km out every year, and every year I regret it.

If there is one race you only want to watch the last kilo for, this is it.

Can you imagine taking half a day's leave for it?

    Thomas Dekker for me, ta.

It's a little like wrestling a gorilla. You don't quit when you're tired. You quit when the gorilla is tired.

I actually laughed out loud reading this.

  • This is the hardest one of the season for me, as I really want to pick Thomas Voeckler and Joaquin Rodrigiez.

But I'm going to go for Samuel Sanchez.

Actually, after typing that out, my final pick is J_Rod please, the Katusha lad
