servicing Speedplay pedals *on the cheap*
I understand how to do it, remove that little screw on the end of the pedal and inject some bearing grease.
However
I'm not buying a £40 speedplay injector gun or their overpriced bearing grease.
so
What grease do people recommend and how do you inject the grease, I'm guessing a syringe would be good.

I use the finishline ' grease gun' and same brand teflon grease on mine.0
