Hello there I have been riding for about a year now I'm 23 and weigh about 12stone. What is the best pressure to run my tyres at. I have Panaracer tyres type a tyres. My bike is a orbea onix 105 carbon bike.
Any help would be great

Depends on how comfortable you want to be really. I pump mine up to near the maximum 6 bar not because it's right or wrong just because I like the feel of my bike with high pressure. Sometimes the higher the pressure the higher the risk of puncture, but the way I look at it is if your gonna puncture then your gonna puncture and there are other factors involved in getting one.

Try riding with the tyres pumped close to max, it should say on the side wall of the tyre what the max pressure is. Then try another ride with less pressure and see what you think. Give it a good couple of rides at different settings so you get a decent comparison.

I've put the kiss of death on getting a puncture now that I'm about to go out

max 100psi for normal conditions and roads,if wet reduce to about 85 or 90 if racing (guess not in this forum) if going over rough ground or cobble aka paris roubaix 65 psi :D
