Front gears

Hi all, I have a slight problem with the front gears on my bike, every time I go from the bike ring to the small ring the chain comes of. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen?

You probably need to adjust the "L" limiting screw.

I think that has sorted it now. Cheers for the help, hopeful now it wont throw it of.
