Headset on Colnago Arte

I have a colnago arte, 2008 I think. Anyway, the bearings in the headset have gone as it keeps locking and wont turn properly.
Question is - what sort of headset is it - i think it is semi integrated (?) - but unsure if I can get a standard replacement (and if so any suggestions) or if the bearings are a weird size and have to go down the colnago route.
