How to fit a new rim

I've never seen a step-by-step guide on how to fit or "transplant" a new rim. Probably as it is blindingly obvious But I did this at the weekend and I've done a blog post on it

I posted on how to do this on here some time ago. Some of my wheels are now on their 4th rim, all done this way and no trouble at all.
