Anyone know if its possible to completely replace BOA laces on 2011 S-Works road shoes?

    yes specialised stockists will be able to supply a spare part pack containing lace and left and right boa dial. You need two packs for 2 shoes. I got mine from Mammoth Lifestyle, Stafford.

    You can also redeem Boa's Lifetime Guarantee through their website, www.boatechnology.com and for a direct link, go to http://www2.boatechnology.com/warranty.php

    If you're having any issues redeeming the warranty parts through Boa, go ahead and call the number at the top of the direct webpage link and you will talk to somone in customer service who can help you along. (See below)
