    This looks like the photo the OP is based on:

    You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
    If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
    If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

    He is so aero when sprinting, its almost unfair. I remember that crash when he was with highroad. They are the sort of injuries that would put a Premiership footballer in private hospital for at least 3 months. Cyclists really are hard men.
