Ultegra Ui2 fitting

Anyone done this? I'm tempted to go for the Ui2 set, but don't fancy paying a lot extra for the fitting when I can do most or maybe all of it myself.

If you've done it, how hard was it? Reference is that a pleasant Saturday morning task for me is to strip my bike down to its washers, clean everything and put it all back together again, so the mechanical stuff can be taken as read. It's the cabling that I'm looking for, the degree of difficulty in making a nice job of that.

I've not done this but it looks fairly simple. The biggest issue seems to be tidy cable routing.

Guide seems to be a lot longer than a normal build thats for sure.

Thanks for that bobgfish. I've heard that they're a bit of a faff to install properly and that guide mentions 'special tools', which sways me to having it done rather than DIY, assuming I go down the Ui2 route.
