mavic wheels seems to have resistance

I have just fitted my new mavic wheels to my frame and there seems to be a bit of resistance on the rear. Off the frame it seems to run forever but when I fit it it stops a lot quicker with the brakes not touching.

Any ideas what I can check?

Off the frame you can spin it without the freehub slowing it, on the frame the freehub will have a slowing effect... unless it has some serious resistance, it is normal... of course if it doesn't complete 4-5 revs before stopping when turned manually, there is something wrong
