Save your money and dont bother buying one, do a search for the last time this came up.
I see that even planetx is agreeing with the advice posted on here a while ago, they state. 'Torque settings The torque settings are 6-8 Nm for all the bolts on the stem, but tighten and check for movement as you go. no need to go to the max if the bars are solid at 6 Nm.'

YES :-) I've decided the torque wrench is correct and I was being over cautious. It's a very cheap torque wrench that will give you piece of mind that you're not going over 5Nm. With carbon paste I don't think you have to get anywhere near 5Nm for it to hold fast.0 -
I bought a cheap 5-25NM one from B&Q but it was cr@p. I got one of these in the end for under £30:

It clicks well, even at 2NM. It doesn't come with 1/4" sockets/drives, but you can buy a set cheap at a local hardware store.0
