headset retainer bearings

anyone know which headset bearings i will need for my trek pilot 1.0 2007

    If you're really struggling, try Trek(i think the NOs 01908 360160).
    I was after a 2005/6 trek 1500 headset a while back, couldn't get anywhere so i gave them a call and they helped me out with the part number etc.

    i need new headset retainer bearings for my trek pilot 1.0 2007 model but just cant find them the retainer cages have 25 ball bearings in them trouble is im not sure if my headset is a 1 1/8 there are no markings on anything and the trek site wont help you

    Try putting your request in the Workshop Forum.
    Invest in a vernier calliper which is very handy for measuring round things on bikes. For what you need to measure a cheap one would do.

    i have a trek pilot 1.0 and i cant find new headset bearings anywhere, the bearings are retainer bearings but have 25 ball bearings, i can only find ones with 22 or 16 balls, halfords had a 22 ball one but it was slighty too big, trek site is useless and i emailed trek and got no reply,
