Easy way to remove Power Torque BB?

Guys,
My BB on my Ribble (Veloce 2001) has started to make a nasty creaking noise.
Is there an easy way to remove the necessary parts to take a look without forking out the £100 you need for the camapg specific stuff?
I'm in Cornwall, on the North coast, so no LBS's round here to take it to that will service Campag.

It's a long time debate and I think the conclusion is that there isn't a cheap solution... you need a puller and you need the plug

I've no idea on the quality of these - but it's a set of puller and plugs for alloy power-torque (not carbon) for £70.0 -

Yup. There are some reports of people using standard crank/gear pullers - but the issue is making sure that the flanges/tangs/whatever-they're called(?) are thin enough to get between the crank and bb.0

It would be a good thing if the Ultra torque bearing puller did work with the plug on power torque... otherwise they're just basxxxds!left the forum March 20230
