google suggests its certainly a major saving over what it would cost new - they are basically a high end Pinarello with some fairly light & fancy alu frame technology. whather that makes it any good or not you'll have to judge for yourself. Also depends a bit on spec and condition - does it have the wiggly Carbon forks and seat stays?

You're unlikely to bump into anyone else riding one which you might see as a positive or negative.

It sounds very Italian, so if it looks pretty I'd get it.

  • It would have been the equivalent of the Prince

Opera tend to do the development and testing side for Pinarello (they are the same company)

You dont see many about, Ive got an Opera Super Leonardo and chose this over a Prince as over here in Stoke its Pinarello city.

Being much rarer does have its advantage

Cost wise if its the first version using scandium tubing than the framesets probably worth about £300 alone

the later version with the CRS curly stays etc much more. Then decide on what the rest of the kit, groupset and wheels etc are
