It all depends on your budget, I'm a simalar weight and run a Hope hub with Mavic XM719 rim and DT Comp spokes which copes well, but you won't get much change from £200. A simalar build from Superstar on thier Switch hub would be about £130. The cassettes are standard, however the disk has 2 options, 6 bolt or centrelock. On a 6 bolt hub the disk is secured by 6 bolts (obviously), centrelock uses a lockring simalar to the one that holds the cassette on. Centrelock hubs can use an adaptor to fit a 6 bolt disk, however you can't fit a centrelock disk to 6 bolt hubs. You need to have a look at what is fitted to your bike !0

All rims are slightly different, to run tyres up to 2.35's you really need a rim between 19-23mm internal width (XM719's are 19), however in thier descriptions, some manufacturers quote the outside width so you need to be aware of that.
If you need to stick to below £100, a custom built wheel from Merlin with an XT hub, Mavic EN321 rim and DT Comp silver spokes comes in at £97.95 and should be bomb-proof.0 -
