Any ideas to an alternative to Alfine chainset?

My friends just bought an Orbea Carpe hub geared bike with Alfine gearing but the crank length is only 170mm and he`s 6ft 4, so he needs a 175mm crank arm. After doing lots of googling it appears Shimano only does it in a 170! Does anyone have any ideas to an alternative?

    Any road crank should suffice, I believe Alfine is designed for 42mm chainline?
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    I was thinking of a single speed chainset. A double on a hub geared bike is gonna look s**t.
