Problems with cantilever toe-in - Cross Bike

Hi Guys,
I'm having real trouble adjusting my rear brake so that it will toe-in. At the moment it actually 'heels'-in (rear first). I bought a pair of those TRP inline adjust brake shoes, which has helped abit but not enough to toe in. The brakes that i have are those Frogglegg Empellas that you can pick up from ebay.
Could it be that the brake boss is actually welded onto the frame incorrectly. i.e. pointing towards the wheel? Is there something i could do about it?
Cheers
JIm
p.s. I'm sticking this up on the Road and MTB forums as i guess i could get help from folk on either forum

with the brake block slightly loose, place a thin spacer (I use a section of credit card) between the block and the rim, at the rear of the block, then squeeze the brake lever to hold it in place, then nip up the nut. When you release the brake lever you should now find the block is aligned in such a way that the front section touches first. That's the idea anyway. If it doesn't work, try a thicker spacer and repeat.Facts are meaningless, you can use facts to prove anything that's remotely true! - Homer0

but as there is no adjustment on the brakes he has Vice grips seem to be the best thing to use."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

the blocks don't have any adjustment at all?Facts are meaningless, you can use facts to prove anything that's remotely true! - Homer0

Froglegs / TRP Euros and the various clones have no heel/toe-in adjustment except with the new InPlace pad holders as mentioned. Old skool was simply to get a big wrench and bend the feckers until they stopped squealing!Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
