Removing Campag rear mech without removing chain?

Is it possible to remove the mech without breaking the chain? I have a feeling you can by removing the jockeys but there may be something Ive overlooked.

    That's the way, undo the bolts, trying not to lose the bushings as the jockey wheels inevitable fall off. Undo the hanger bolt and remove the mech from the frame first, so you release the tension on the cage
