Tuning my rear SLX Derailleur Rear

Im trying to find out how to fine tune my Derailleur Rear, but ive looked on you tube and theres plenty of others but not mine.
Theres two little screws but i dont know which one to turn.

And help would be great

    Read the manual or the info on Parktools.

    They are the tops o limit the movement.

    if its not changing gear properly you will only need to adjust the barrel adjuster.
    the 2 screws only adjust high and low limits on the derailleur.

    Is the barrel adjuster on the lever?

    Depends on the model, there will be one on the shifterlever, may be one on the mech as well.
    Read Parktools as Nicklouse suggested. Lots of useful stuff you will need sooner or later.

    ps you don't need anything specific to your mech. They all work the same way.
