2011 cube stereo hpc pro seatpost

hi, just got my new 2011 cube stereo hpc pro and when going through the spec i noticed that the seatpost is a massive 34.9 which ive never seen. i really want my dropper seat post back but this is proving difficult. ive tried to to take a shim with a 3mm thicknes, cut it in half and stick it either side of a 31.9 seatpost but no joy. the shim is pre-bent and when bending it open it just dont fit. i dont wanna go and put unneccessary stresses on the frame as
it is a carbbn frame and the booklet stresses in big bold letters, not to replace seat collar with a different type, i dont know why

any advice will be great thanks. and yes ive looked there is no shim for a 31.9 to a 34.9

I have a stereo, i think my shim is a USE one 31.8 got it from leisure lakes and does the job well, i have a ks seatpost.

Cube recommend a shim of 100mm minimum length

USE shims fit the bill perfectly
