I got an FSA omega chainset second hand off the classifieds, after a bit more riding on it, the BB needs replacing.
What's got me is I don't know what to replace it with, it's the winter bike so not too bothered about level of it, but I am a bit confused about what to get.
the description of the chainset is this
Integrated MegaExo Ø19mm BB
• MegaExo oversize cartridge bearings
• MegaExo Steel cups
Can I just get a tiagra or 105 external or does it need to be specific in some way.
Any help would be gratefully recieved

FSA are a pain they colour code their BBs to show which works with which set of cranks.
The 19mm throws up issues as the shimano one are 24mm.
And people wonder why I keep away from FSA cranksets."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

You need to get the FSA Omega BB4000 because all the other alternatives are designed for 24mm dia spindle e.g. Shimano Hollowtech.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
