Orbea Asphalt 2009

Just into road riding and looking to do some sportives in 2012 and the elusive 100 mile ride. The local bike shop has a 2009 Orbea Asphalt which I can have for £450. I am not familiar with Orbea and was wondering if anyone could tell me whether this would be suitable for the rides I am intending to do or should I steer clear.

Asphalt was my first bike... It has a lot to be responsible for, as it got me hooked on biks, and cost me thousands since :evil:
Shop around for a cheaper model, I'm sure mine was a little less and mine was Sora/2200 equipped...
Mines a 51cm frame, blue, absolutely immaculate and going up for sale in January....
