Is there such a thing as a 'long armed brake' in Ultegra to fit an Audax fork?

Thx.

The Shimano R650 is the ultegra level deep drop brake - have them on my audax bike, and they work perfectly. Off the top of my head, they are around £40-45 for each one.

I've got the cheaper Shimano R450s on my Racelight Tk. Jolly effective despite the all-in-one pads.

The R650s have the metal holders for cartridge type pads, so I expect they are even better.
  • Thank you for the replies.

I have, at last, managed to successfully fit the full SKS guards and achieve clearance, on the original Bontrager Race forks.

The Kinesis DC07 forks required the longer reach brakes.

It was a lot of work though with some precise 'Dremmelling' involved.
