My nut on the rear wheel (allen bolt) that holds the wheel in is rounding off. Scared of re-tightening now in case I have to drill it back out again!
Anyone know what type of bolt it is and if spares are available?
Or shall I just stick an XT qr in there!

Done some research.
It's 25mm long and comes off with a 5mm allen key.
Am I right in thinking that this, therefore, is an M6 bolt?My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

If just 1 of the nuts is rounding (use a good allen key that fits snugly into it) then could you take the good nut off and measure it ?

In the end I ended up with these:

to replace this:

Came with washers and still fit within the existing assembly perfectly.

Bike manufacturers are reknown for their secret source of nuts and bolts for bikes made from...cheese. Get some decent stainless steel ones on thereMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

Aye, these are stainless, and much much better. The other ones were very cheesy. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)
