I know this has been touched on a number of times but cannot find much in the way of retailer names.
Where is the best place to buy night time lenses for the jawbone?
Is this link a good price?

I ordered my prescrition Oakleys from RX and they were superb - great service.

I have also bought Oakleys from http://www.cyclestore.co.uk who were also superb - they also sell the lenses on their own, as do CRC.

    Does anyone use photochromatic lenses?

I'm looking for a set for my flak jackets, and wondering whether they're worth it, and where to get some, they're pretty rare!

I'm a big fan of transitions lenses

I don't think you can buy non prescrioption lenses only i.e. you can only get them with demes as complete glasses, however you can buy them as prescription lenses only, which can be fitted into existing flak / half jacket frames.

  • Slightly off topic, but how good are the jawbones at not misting up :?:

Yet to find a pair of sunny's that don't mist up, and with these lenses being vented wondering if these are the end to misting woes

They are not great I'm afraid. I have the vented versions and they can be a swine for misting up in the right conditions. I guess the full frame doesn't help much, but I'm yet to find shades that are completely fog free.

i've got vented aplit jackets (baby jawbones) and never had any real problems with steam. on the rare occasion there's been a bit i've just looked down slightly and the small gap created at the top quickly clears the lense

I've always used these guys. Good range, discounts make them comparible with the other websites I've seen and the customer service I've had has always been great.

Looks a decent site and good reputation but they are more expensive than cyclestore on pretty much every jawbone lens.

I am searching for a better price than cyclestore ever since I wore my new Fire Iridium lenses for the first time and promptly swiped them into the road having been attacked and stung by a wasp.....schoolboy.

If anyone has a spare left vented fire iridium lens or knows how to get one, let me know!! :D

If anyone wants them I have a set of new, unused clear lenses for 25 quid inc. postage. They cost me more than that but to cut a long story short I didn't end up with Jawbones to put them in!
