Mavic rims UST or ??

Quick Q. My rims are Mavic disc X 139. The bike came with ust tyres but had tubes in. After several punctures figured new tyres were called for( the rear is almost a slick now...) and was thinking about trying tubeless(Schwalbe nobby nic/rocket ron). Besides the valve, would i simply need some sealant and a valve or would i need one of the kits that some places sell?

You would need a conversion kit for the rim too. UST rims have all the bits built in.
Sealant is not required with UST tyres, but will self heal flats.0
