Not seen this discussed elsewhere but it looks like there may be some more cases coming out. I guess my view on this is that it is a good thing. If people keep getting caught it must be 'some' deterant to dopers/potential dopers.
The thing that worried me about the story though was McQuaids comments. He is directly commenting on the story and yet then seems to claim he doesn't know what is going on. Why on earth would you go to a press conference/comment on it without getting briefed first? He has basically come out and said he doesn't have a clue what is going on...
"I dont know exactly where we are with the cases"
"I cant tell you when or if it [cases] will happen"
Etc...

Probably just a bit of a smoke screen/diversion tactics to take the attention away from AC's CAS hearing results.. #thatsmytake0

Seems I'm not the only one confused! http://inrng.com/
Doobz, Fair point. Seems a strange way of deflecting the attention though. Making out you are an imbecile!0 -

To be honest though, we already know he's an imbecile so he's not exactly losing a whole lot of respect.0 -
at the moment i'm taking this with a pinch of salt. I think cyclingnews are well aware what their readers are interested in and post too many stories about the drug side of the sport. Until something is officially announced this doesn't mean much.
haven't all the cases with the bio passport so far been dropped anyway0 -

Nope..
Igor Astarloa
Pietro Caucchioli
Antonio Colom
Francesco De Bonis
Franco Pellizotti
Ricardo Serrano
Tadej Valjavec
I thought Valjavec and Pellizotti had been dropped after appeals but seems I was wrong there0 -

Yea I think he has been the highest profile case out of all of them.. His ban ends just two days before the Giro

Would be good to have all the dirty washing done in the closed season rather than a bloodbath at the TDF.
