I have ordered the very same bike from Evens so will let you know what it's like when it arrives and I take it out for a spin. I'm a roadie and ordered it to replace my winter bike, for flexibility of a little off roading.0

You'll regret not getting disc brakes, I think. I'm a real convertROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0 -

Yes I think that was the one thing holding me back. What's the history here as to why cyclocross bikes are only just moving to disc brakes?0 -
Disc brakes weren't allowed in cross races but the rules have changed now . Looking at your other thread you won't need disc brakes there's nothing wrong with cantis i use them on and off road and never had a problem.0

Discs are sooo good in the wet though. You really can go faster when you know you can stop.ROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0
