105 5700 Front Mech?

I need to buy a new front mech and was wondering if the 5700 series 105 would work with my Sora shifters? It says to only use with the 5700 shifters (which i'll probably get in time when money allows).

I forgot to ask, also, will it work with a 9 speed chain?
