Mark Cavendish at the McLaren Technology Centre during a visit by British Prime Minister David Cameron on November 17, 2011 in Woking, England. Today Mr Cameron helped launch the 1 million GBP 'Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering' at London's Science Museum which is to be awarded every two years for a major engineering advance that leads to significant international public benefit.
