Only get a limited number of gears.

Help, since i repaired a rear puncture and turned the bike upside down on some soft grass. I can not change my front cogs. It is on the smallest and will not move up. I can check out on you tube but do not know what to put. Any advice is welcome. It is a Canyon Nerve 6. Xt changers I think.

    Start from scratch and set them up. Best web guide is at Park Tools.

    If everything worked fine before you might have pulled a cable out of its guides. Make sure everything is in place first.

    Sorted it, It was a small stone caught some were out of sight. Pushed the mech back and forth and it fell out. It was only the sise of a small pea. Ready to go again, Cheers.
