Couple of fixes, please

Just noticed one thing which has changed with the new website, and another thing which is a bit pointless which has been rolled forwards.
1) Having the "quick reply" box always open would be excellent - not sure why we have lost that
2) After you click 'post' you get a stupid screen which says you can click to view your post or click to return to forum.
Wouldn't it be easier just to view the post straight away (to make sure its come out ok, links, pics etc) then you can navigate straight to the forum from the breadcrumb at the top of the page?

2. you should be using the preview button for that.
