Converting Look Keo Pedals to flat

Getting fed up carrying spare shoes for 'short trip jaunt' shopping or cafe meetings with friends. For my son's bike (previously mine :roll: ) using shimano pedal, I bought plug in reflectors and used them to convert pedals to run either SPD or flat. Anyone know whether there is a similar 'plug-in' for Look Keos OR do i need to build them out of old cleats and pieces of wood ?

    Exustar make a conversion platform. I think that it's called the E-SL02. Geoff Butler sells them for a tenner or so. You will obviously need cleats and there are mounting holes for toe clips.

    Usually I just cycle with my trainers on clip less pedals for short rides.
