Formula the one Rotor advice

I have just bought the formula brakes with 160R/180F rotors, my XTR calipers are on 180R 203F mounts and rotors.
Will the Formula calipers fit straight on the shimano mounts giving me bigger disc surface area?.
If so i will sell the formula rotors and mounts with the XTR set up.
