Turbo specific wheel

I'm new here (and to cycling in general) and I'm looking for some help regarding getting a rear wheel specifically for use on my turbo.
Essentially I'm getting a bit bored of switching the tyre over constantly and surely it's easier to get a wheel only for use for the turbo.
So my question is, can i buy any 700c wheel and then fit the same cassette (SRAM PG850) that is on my bike. I'm trying to minimise the cost and so I am looking for 2nd hand rear wheels or even a cheap one from halfords.
Is there anything else i should be made aware of - bearing in mind I'm not technical????
