Thinking of upgrading from Alexrims DP17 these:

Depends what riding you do. They are lightweight.

General XC and Trails- Monkey trail at cannock chase for example, but i am very light myself... under 8 stone

under 8 stone! Any lighter and the wind will blow you off the trails

The rims are only 40g lighter than the ones you have. Need to look at the rest fo the wheel too.
