Where was the mobile cafe in tonight's Nigel Slater program?

I'm cycling around Sherwood forest next weekend. On the Nigel Slater food programme tonight there was a mobile cafe in Sherwood Forest that looked like it did fantastic food. The pancakes with apples in advocat looked like a really tasty mid-ride snack. Does anyone know exactly where in Sherwood Forest it is?

I do wish Slater wouldnt act like a kiddy-fidler because his food looks really nice.

Anyway, erm, sorry don't know where it was, did look bloody lovely though.
