changing fulcrum racing speed to mavic cosmic SLR

Hello, i hope you could assist me with this: i need to change the fulcrum wheels (fulcrum hubb & campi cassette 10 speed) to Mavic cosmic SLR (mavic hubb), can i keep the 10 speed cassette on those mavic wheels or have to put the 11 speed cassette? the front& rear derailleurs are campi record 10 speed.
if eventually only 11 speed cassette fits on those mavic wheels, cani still use it with the 10 speed derailleurs?

As long as it is a Campag compatible mavic freehub then no problems.
