Scott Genius 2.0 suspension dropping?

Recently renewed pivot /frame bearings on Scott Genius - everything seems where it should be on rear suspension and pressures are checked and OK - but frame/bb clearance seems to have dropped, and a couple of times I've clipped the pedal off the ground and come off on even slight obstacles or with slight lean of the bike. Any idea what adjustment/settings I've missed?

Have you checked the sag, or just pumped up to previous pressures?

Thanks, positive cylinder was too low pressure, seems to have lifted suspension, but not getting lock out now for some reason
