Been turfed out of bed as eldest has decided now is a great time to be sick. So had fun cleaning that up. Now going to watch the MGP. Not decided if I'm out for a ride today yet. It's been a while, but I'm proper knackered!

On my way out now to go meet the parents in law, a nice long walk in the mountains with them and the hound. Quite tired, but should wake up thanks to the cold very soon. Should be a good day!

‎'nother epic fail of a sunday morning, Missed club run by 30 secs but could nt catch them up. Should stop bothering really! At least the weather's nice though, First frost this year (or that I ve been awake for!)

Back in bed now, still in riding gear, Will watch the rugby then try a ride again!

Didn't get much sleep last night, the 3 fuckwits upstairs were running around shrieking until 3 in the morning. Then I was up at 6 to watch the F1, only 3 hours sleep, not in the best mood. I'll get revenge at some point no doubt.

Another day to be spent in uni today working. Much rather be playing bikes. Not fun.

Rugby - Moto GP - F1 replay.

Woke up just in time to see the F1 podium as when I switched on the tv it was on BBC1, DOH!

I am now watching a superb start to the Rugby with plans of lazing all day and then going out for some form of exercise about 5pm ish.

I'm packing up my bike bits and pieces this morning, then driving to Wales this afternoon. A few beers and some pub grub this evening then Afan all day tomorrow Looking forward to it, just hope the Welsh rain stays away...

today will consist of doing little. dropped mrs off at airport lastnight then drove for 2 hrs home. so i'll maybe get the bike out shortly for a loop.
