Hope hubs fitting a 15mm axle

I cant get my hope hub pro 2 evo front to fit to my rockshox revelation. The hub just seems a few mm too wide, what am i doing wrong?

    I'm not sure there's much you can do wrong, pull out end caps and replace. Can you try the wheel in another set of forks or have you or any of your mates got another wheel to try in your Revs.

    The hub with adaptors fitted should be 100mm wide, is it?

    spring the legs apart to fit the hub.
